Tactical Energy Systems was founded to help homeowners deliver energy efficiency solutions through retrofit. Passionate about energy efficiency, but frustrated at how disjointed and misleading the energy retrofit sector can be, Tactical Energy Systems aims to provide homeowners factual and tailored retrofit advice. What is home energy retrofit?

Retrofit is the retrospective application of energy efficiency technology to your home.

Reduce energy demand through insulation, draft exclusion and low energy lighting etc.

Meet heating and hot water needs efficiently, using gas boilers, solar heating, and heat pumps etc.

Consider renewable generation to offset energy demand from the national grid.

Why retrofit?

Savings. Reduce your energy bill by making your home more energy efficient, minimising energy use. This also reduces your dependence upon the national grid, insulating you from price fluctuations.
Health. Various respiratory and cardiovascular diseases can be made worse by a damp home and poor ventilation. Retrofit includes a full ventilation assessment to manage moisture and other contaminants in the air.
Net zero. The UK is committed to a target of net-zero by 2050. With around a third of emissions coming from homes, we’ll all need to make our homes a lot more efficient if we’re going to meet that target.

Design Consultation

A detailed conversation about the design options associated with to the measures in your plan, such as material or manufacturer preferences, and how to maximise performance of the whole system.

Project Installation

Coordinated installation of your efficiency plan with professional oversight of key details, within and between efficiency measures. We’ll ensure you understand your systems and provide relevant documentation and guarantees.
